有人說稱讚一個孩子聰明與漂亮其實並不恰當
這只會誤導人膚淺地努力爭取這類認同
從小到大
用功念書只是為了讓爸媽驕傲有個聰明乖巧的孩子
梳妝打扮運動減肥只是為了讓那個人多看自己一眼
如果改為稱讚孩子的禮貌與笑容
會不會讓我們的價值觀從此變得不同？
Some people say that praising a kid pretty or clever is not appropriate.
This will only mislead people to strive for such superficial recognition.
Since childhood,
I study hard, in order to make my parents feel proud that they have a smart and well-behaved child.
I dress up and exercise to stay fit, in order to make someone special look at me.
If people praise the kid's good manners and beautiful smile for instead,
could the values of teenagers become different ?
而資本主義社會將失敗歸咎於個人的愚蠢和惰性
事實上，只是因為作了一個決定
或許看起來不太妥當
或許感覺就是個徹頭徹尾的錯誤
但是
誰也不知道，沒有被選擇的那條路，會將妳帶往何處
折了一條腿，哪裡也不想去，卻還得工作
斷了一隻手，什麼也不願作，卻還得吃飯
傷了一顆心，以為整個世界都崩壞了，陽光卻依然閃耀
但是
誰又算得清，沒有被選擇的那條路，需要付出哪些代價
The capitalism always blames the failure to personal reason, like laziness or foolish.
In fact, they just made some decisions which seemed not so clever or totally wrong.
And that has made all the difference.
Nobody knows how it leads with "the road not taken".
When your leg is hurt ,couldn't go anywhere, but you have to work for living.
When you have an arm fracture, couldn't do anything , but you have to eat something.
When your heart is broken ,you thought it's the end of the world, but the sun is still shining out there.
Nobody knows exactly, what is the cost for "the road not taken".
過去的價值觀或許不太完整，或許有些扭曲，
卻引導妳做出一個又一個選擇
與其害怕受傷，擔心失去，不敢全心投入
不如仔細想想該如何收拾殘局
帶走？留下？或者丟棄，當然，還可以贈與
生命的行囊不總是全然的二選一
妳不該帶著目前難以負荷的背包旅行
幸福，也不是從看見極光的那刻才算數
In the past, the values which is not so perfect, with a little bit distortion,
But it guided you to make one choice and another.
When you dare not to love, think of this:
It's more important to figure out how to clean up the mess than to worry about being hurt or lost.
Life is not always a yes/no question.
Shall we carry on or just let go? Sometimes we have to discard ,and sometimes we donate.
We shouldn't travel with a backpack that is too heavy to carry.
And happiness exists not only when seeing the aurora.

要成為自己喜歡的樣子
妳不需要沉魚落雁、才華洋溢、家財萬貫、萬人景仰
而是誠實和靈魂對話，勇敢面對惱人煩心的回憶與情緒
發現了問題，不要找理由開脫，也不必對人解釋，
先承認失誤，然後回到正確的道路上，
還有餘力，再去思考如何彌補。
To become the one you prefer,you do not have to be a peerless beauty ,talented artist ,a super rich, or even a star.
But you have to dialogue with your soul honestly and face the annoying memories and emotions.
When finding a problem, stop making a reason for yourself ,or explaining to someone else,
First of all, is to admit the mistake, and then try to get back to the right path ,
If you still have time, think about how to make it better.
人們總是叫妳要好好愛自己，
卻沒人能提出具有普遍性的指導原則，
教我們如何喜歡自己，
因為這個答案，得自己去摸索，
再多的心理學叢書，也只是別人的有效經驗，和空談的美好理論
我們始終得面對這個沒有標準答案的世界
得承認每個人的多面向，而不是給彼此貼上單一標籤，然後用薪水定價
重點是妳如何期待自己，而不是父母師長希望妳做到什麼？
照顧父母的感受，比起遵從他們的意見更重要，
他們只要妳幸福，
要具備能帶給自己幸福的力量，
然後才有能力去捍衛其他人的幸福。
People always told you to love yourself,
But no one can give you the guiding principles of universality ,
They couldn't teach us how to love ourselves,
You have to find it out by yourself.
No matter how the inspiring books say, it is only experiences of others, talking about the wonderful theory.
We have to face this world without Standard-Operation-System.
We have to know that people are multifaceted ,
and stop putting on a single label, and judging each other by the price of salary.
Focus on how you think about yourself, not the expectation of your parents and others.
Taking good care of their feelings means much more than following their all advices,
They just want you to be happy.
We need the ability and power to make ourselves happy,
then we can defend for other people's happiness.
沒人能告訴妳該怎麼做，
並不是吝於分享，
而是每個人該做的事情都不一樣，
總有一個地方一件事一個人一個夢想一個家只有妳可以，
而妳必須提早做好準備，
沒有健康的體魄，哪裡也到不了，
沒有抱持恐懼依然一步步向前的勇氣，
一百個白馬王子也拉不動妳的象牙塔。
Nobody can tell you how to make it ,
They are not too mean to share,
In stead everyone should do something different,
There is always a place for you.
There is always something and someone special waiting for you.
There is always a dream waiting to be fulfilled, just for you.
And you have to be ready ASAP ,
Without a healthy body, you couldn't get anywhere,
Without the courage to move on and change,
Even one hundred Princes Charming can not save you from the ivory tower .
